Sometimes when you open a Word 2010 document there are no fonts available, and all the text has mutated into a weird, stretched courier typeface. This is likely because the printer setting is on “Generic/Text Only”. To fix this go to:
File (文件) > Print (打印) > Printer (打印机)
And choose anything else there, even Adobe PDF, and your fonts should come back, the document should look like it ought to.
