Glazed Carrots

Ingredients:

Carrots 500g approx, peeled
Butter 15g
Lemon zest (shredded skin of 1/2 lemon)
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
OR 1 tsp Black Dragon Citrus Salt

Method:

Cut the carrots into slices approx 1cm thick.
Melt the butter in a non-stick frying pan over a low heat, add the carrot slices and set to medium heat, fry for about 2 minutes until the carrots begin to turn golden brown. Add 1cm of water (same height as the carrot slices), cover and cook for 8-10 minutes or until the water is nearly gone. Flip the carrot slices a few times, until the carrots are evenly brown.
a. If you’re using Black Dragon Citrus Salt, then add now
b. If you’re using lemon juice, then place the carrots on a plate, add the zest and the sprinkle the juice, that’s it, enjoy!

奶香晶亮胡萝卜

食材:
胡萝卜 500克左右,洗净去皮备用
黄油 15克左右
新鲜柠檬半个,皮磨碎,榨汁1汤匙
或者1茶匙墨龙柑橘香料盐

做法:
把胡萝卜切成1厘米左右的厚片
取一个平底不粘锅,把黄油放入锅里,开小火
把胡萝卜片放进平底锅,改中火煎2分钟左右,至两面开始焦黄
加入刚好漫过胡萝卜厚度的清水,加上锅盖,焖8-10分钟至水快要收干
打开锅盖后再把胡萝卜翻几次面,至胡萝卜两面都出现均匀的焦黄
a、用墨龙柑橘香料盐的时候现在撒上盐)
b、用新鲜柠檬的,出锅装盘,撒上柠檬皮碎,挤上柠檬汁
完成,享用!
